Upgrade & Refurbishment



Whilst many people at present assume that there is an oversupply of Commercial Space in Dublin, the reality is that there is in fact an undersupply of High Spec Office space. This is largely due to the fact that nothing has been built for the last 3/4years, and prior to this, it was more economical to invest in new builds, as opposed to upgrading existing premises.


With demand for High Spec Commercial Space in Dublin, slowly starting to grow again, it is quickly becoming more feasible to upgrade older spaces, in order to turn a non-performing asset, into a performing asset.


With our team of design professionals and experienced Project Managers, we have designed a service package to cater for owners of such assets, to allow a single consultant to undertake the process from start to finish, and to take full advantage of the value in the construction market at present. We have all the services required in house, so there is only ever one point of contact, and only one responsible party.

We operate on a model of clear and concise communication, providing a report through to the clients asset manager, to allow them to track progress. We also provide a video survey of the project on a weekly basis during construction, to allow all interested parties to track progress.

We also have a network (over 2,500) of clients, past and present, who we circulate a quarterly newsletter to, in which we advise them of any potential lettable space which we are involved in. This can prove useful in creating leads for potential tenants.
