Under the current Planning Regulations drainage details, including Plans and Longitudinal Sections, must be included with all Applications for Planning Permission. We have 20 years experience in defining legal boundaries and liaising with the property registration authority (Land Registry) and offer a solicitors and home buyers reliable service. We confirm that the land being transferred does exactly match the folio created and lodged in the land registry.
