Temporary works to support the excavation of a one storey deep basement for the purpose of constructing a lecture theatre and a four storey office block. In addition, temporary works were designed to support part an existing two storey building which was to be retained during the excavation of the site.
National College Of Art & Design
Contractor: Pierce Healy Developments
Design of temporary works for façade retention and propping of floor and roof during refurbishment and restoration of this three-storey college faculty building in Dublin City.
Woodlands Park, Blackrock, Co. Dublin
Contractor: Kuvera Construction & Development Ltd.
Design and detailing of a temporary structure to support the existing rear wall to the rear of the house. This enabled the safe removal of the ground floor rear wall and facilitated the installation of the new permanent support structure.

Four Storey Mixed Use Development with double basement. Design of Temporary Works for deep excavation and slope stability using steel shores and raking steel members supporting railway sleepers.
